Shipping
Our launch collection is focused on customers in the United States. Each shirt is made after you order through our Printify production partner.
Production usually takes 2–7 business days, with additional time for shipping. Holiday demand, availability, and carrier delays can extend these estimates. Shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided when the order ships. Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately. We do not guarantee arrival by Christmas or another specific event date.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each shirt is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for an incorrectly selected size or color. Please compare the inch-based garment measurements on the product page with a shirt you already own before ordering.
If your product arrives damaged, is printed incorrectly, or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Contact us before sending any product back.
Order changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need an address correction or cancellation. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production starts.
